Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado 23 Laboral del Circuito de Medellín y el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Yarumal (Antioquia).
Luego de revisar el asunto concluye la Corte que el juez competente para conocer y tramitar la acción constitucional es el Juzgado de la capital de Antioquia, toda vez que la accionante manifestó tanto en su petición como en la demanda de tutela que el lugar de notificación queda en dicha ciudad.
Se dirime la controversia ordenando la remisión del expediente al Juzgado 23 Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, para que de manera inmediata le imparta el trámite correspondiente y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 29 de abril de 2016, proferido por el Juzgado 23 Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por Olga Lucia Patiño en contra de la Unidad Administrativa de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Victimas.
- Segundo. REMITIR ICC-2454 al Juzgado 23 Laboral del Circuito de Medellín que contiene la acción de tutela presentada por Olga Lucia Patiño, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Yarumal, la decisión adoptada en la presente providencia.
